Website terms of use
Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms apply to the portfolio website only.
1. About this website
SUPEREO LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 15222385. Registered office: Ground Floor, 66 High Street, Lewes, England, BN7 1XG. Contact: ben@supereo.dev.
This website presents Ben Hudson’s work and information about games associated with Supereo. These terms apply to use of this website. They do not grant a game licence or govern gameplay, accounts, in-app purchases or app-store transactions. Those matters are subject to the relevant game, publisher and store terms.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to its pages for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, impersonate us or use the website to infringe another person’s rights. This does not restrict activity protected by applicable law.
3. Artwork, branding and other content
Website text, images, artwork, game material and branding belong to SUPEREO LTD or their respective owners and licensors. Display here does not transfer ownership or imply that Supereo currently operates every featured game.
You may make copies needed for ordinary personal browsing. Other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits it. Third-party fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences.
4. Portfolio information and external services
We aim to keep information accurate, but portfolio descriptions and historical achievements may not describe current chart positions, availability, pricing or ownership. We may update or remove content. Contact us if you notice an error.
Links to app stores, social platforms and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability or transactions. A link does not imply an endorsement beyond the relationship expressly described.
5. Availability and responsibility
The website is provided for general portfolio information. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that it will always be error-free. We may maintain, change or suspend it when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about this informational website. If you use it for business purposes, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from that use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
6. Privacy and contact
Our website privacy notice explains how website-related personal information is handled. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a contract, confidentiality agreement or commitment to provide services.
7. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction and any mandatory protections that apply there.
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The revised version and date will be available here. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or remedies you already have.
